Weight Loss Group Initial

Our Weight Loss Group Initial includes: 1 hour informative and educational discussion on weight loss and wellness, one 15 minute 1:1 with a Physician or Physician’s Assistant, a Personalized Body Composition Analysis, complimentary tasting of our nutritional products, and1 Lipo B Injection. Cost: $25.00

Must sign up by 2 pm the day prior to consult.
Must arrive 15 minutes early to be weighed in.
Each consult takes about 1.5 hours.
Slots limited to 6 people each for the lunch groups, and 4 people for the morning and evening slots.
